Barry qualified as a Mental Health Nurse in 2005. Prior to qualifying, from 2010, Barry worked across Acute and PICU settings as a staff nurse and manager and moved to the independent sector in 2008 working in a variety of quality and managerial roles. Throughout this time Barry had responsibility for a variety of setting including personality disorder, PICU, forensic pathways as well as social care environments including learning disability and nursing homes.

Barry is passionate about excellent service delivery and enhancing the care experience for our residents and families. Barry is also focused on staff engagement and experience believing that good care is only possible with a consistent and engaged staff team.

Experienced manager, Commenced nurse training in 201 and post qualifying has worked in a variety of settings within the care home sector.
