Our primary goal is to provide compassionate and high-quality care to our residents, and we are deeply sorry to hear your experience wasn't entirely positive. We aim to offer residents a choice of male or female when personal care is provided on a daily basis with residents free to express their preferences. Our staffing ratios are monitored monthly to ensure they are above what our residents need in order to provide timely care that exceeds the expected standards of our residents. We will re-evaluate our process and ensure we include a documented question from admission, as what preferences are requested by the resident, female or male staff members to attend for personal care needs. Your feedback helps us improve and we are committed to making the necessary changes to provide a better experience.

Job Title: Registered home manager
Alina has an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care, and qualified as an RGN in 2015. She started in a junior nurse role, before becoming lead nurse, deputy manager and now home manager. Prior to this, Alina also worked as a care assistant and senior care assistant, gaining essential skills, knowledge and experience in all aspects of the home.
Alina adopts a safe and dignified approach to her delivery of care, ensuring the health, happiness and wellbeing of each resident. She leads by example, developing effective teams and a positive working environment, which is essential for both the team and the clients.
