My mum receives the best of care at The Heathers, nothing is too much trouble for any member of staff. They care so very well for my mum. I feel that all of mum's needs are met and we don't have any concerns.
Mum is very happy which is so important.

Fantastic staff. Mum's needs are always taken care of. She is very happy here and very well cared for. My sister and I are very happy with Mum being here. It was recommended by a friend and has lived up to expectations.

My Mum was a resident at The Heathers for just a couple of months before she passed away. But the care she received in that time was excellent. The staff were so kind, from the manager and the nursing staff to all the support staff. Mum was looked after so well, I don't believe her care could have been
better. I will always appreciate the support the team at The Heathers gave us at a difficult time, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Mum was in from 1st December 2023 till her passing on 1st July. I had trouble finding her a care home as she had quite challenging behaviour. I viewed lots of Homes in the Yate and where I live in Worthing and was surprised at the state of some of them. I found The Heathers was clean and homely. The
staff were amazing... so patient and always kept me informed of Mum's condition. I have been able to speak to the office staff and nurse with any concerns. I was always welcomed by name when I arrived and if lucky even got a cuppa. The food was very good and they would always make something different if the residents wanted it. Tea and coffee was always given regularly and if asked for, good for Mum as she loved her tea. I have no qualms about recommending this home.Thank you for looking after my mum so well.

My husband recently spent two weeks at The Heathers as his first experience of respite care. The staff were so kind and caring and I feel that they all worked well together, as a team, to deliver the best care for him. They were very approachable and always keen to discuss his well-being with his family
at any time. They walked him and made sure that he was able to join in activities and not be left alone. The staff made a big effort to incorporate his favourite foods and his likes whenever possible. He has come back to me in good shape. I would highly recommend the care that he received at The Heathers.

The care provided at The Heathers Nursing Home is as per my rating, 5 stars. My mum was only there for a very short period and for that time her care was exceptional. We found the whole team to be caring, warm and professional. Food can be a bit of a problem for her and she happily ate every meal prepared
for her.

My father chose The Heathers personally due to wishing to remain in his home area of Chipping Sodbury, and previous connections with the building.
The need for care arose in an emergency situation in March 2023 and I was pleased that my father was able to move in immediately to his first choice of
new home.
I have found the management and staff to be patient and caring at all times I visited with 'light in their eyes' and responsive to Father's needs and us and it is my opinion that they have been very supportive of the transition to care and maintaining his independence to the maximum possible. My father is happy with the care that he is receiving.
Physical difficulties have limited his abilities to join in activities although he hoped for more involvement.
I am very reassured that Dad has caring staff 24/7.
The single rooms are on the small side.

Staff are always very welcoming when visiting. It’s kept lovely and clean. Mum is well taken care of and comfortable. I had reservations about her going into a care home but was relieved that we chose The Heathers as it is a great place. A nurse is on hand 24/7 and the GP visiting once a week fills
me with reassurance that she is in the best place and receiving the best possible care.

So grateful to all the fantastic staff. Father-In-Law is always happy, clean, enjoying the food, company and activities. Staff are always happy, helpful and keep us informed of anything they think we should know about. Lovely place to visit as always clean and fresh smelling and even happy for us to
take the dog in as father-in-law, staff and other residents love him visiting. Also great that they helped us make his room so personal, he loves it.

My mum has been at The Heathers for several years, she has been looked after exceptionally well. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and helpful. There are always plenty of activities and entertainment taking place in the lounge for all of the residents. I would highly recommend.

I'm so impressed by the care my dad has received since moving to The Heathers nursing home. The management team and all of the staff are very caring and helpful. It's very reassuring to know there is nursing care 24/7 and someone is always available to answer any questions.
The food is extremely good
and there's always a good choice on offer. The rooms are bright and cheerful and well equipped.
There are plenty of activities and trips to take part in. My dad has settled in very well and I have peace of mind knowing he is so well looked after.

The Heathers is a wonderful nursing home where all staff have always been very helpful to my brother and I in relation to our mum's care. The home is very clean and odour free! Her bedding is always white, clean sheets of excellent quality. The staff put on music for mum and take the time to sing with
her.

My Grandmother was cared for at The Heathers for the last 18 months until she passed away in October. The care she received was outstanding. The staff were amazing and truly care. In her final days, she was treated with dignity, respect and compassion. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were
kind and attentive to the family during a difficult time for us all. I would highly recommend The Heathers as a home-from-home, with lovely surroundings, great activities and wonderful staff. Thank you to you all.

My mother has been at the Heathers since November 2021. All the staff have been extremely attentive and I know my mother is very well looked after - they are always friendly, caring and listen to any concerns or worries that we may have and take time to talk to us about how my mother is doing. My mother
is always well dressed in clean clothes and the rooms are always spotless. We have been so grateful to all at the Heathers for what they are doing to look after and support my mum and the family. We have been very satisfied and cannot thank the staff enough for the care and attention they give, always with a smile on their face. Thank you.

In what has been a difficult last two years due to the pandemic, staff at the Heathers have worked tirelessly to keep residents safe and well. Families can now revisit and it has been great to again enter the home and visit relatives. The chicks in the lounge last week were a real talking point for
