The only additional charges are for the hairdresser, chiropodist, newspapers and anything else residents ask for in addition to the normal provision of the home. Escorts to appointments can be provided at cost where staffing allows. If travelling to an appointment in our vehicle there will also be a charge for the driver.
Visitors can visit at any time within reason.
Parking right outside, with additional parking in the Council car park just up the road.

Thank you for your review and for your comments. The car park is something we are continually monitoring. Unfortunately, we do have a lot of elderly visitors and sometimes parking can be a trifle erratic. There is parking for 16 cars but that does depend on the layout on the day. I hope that on the day you visited it did not prove too problematic.

It was lovely to see the smile on your mum's face when she stood in our doorway, saw the cake and heard our warbling as she arrived. It must be quite overwhelming to be coming into a new place to live and I'd like to think that this greeting might have helped show her she would be amongst friends. As she is down in the lounge every day and I sit in full view of the lounge we've interacted quite a lot and she does seem to have settled in remarkably well.
