Thank you for your review. We continually strive to make improvements to the care we offer, so are very sorry to hear your dissatisfaction with the service. Addison Park Care Home follows the Government and PHE guidance regarding visiting during COVID. CCSL has recently partnered with an award winning specials in catering for the care market, whose recipes are developed by expert chefs, nutritionists, and dieticians to meet the dietary and nutritional needs of all our residents. We would like to notify you that a range of dishes have been provided to accommodate food allergies and that our kitchens have actually been upgraded, with significant investment made to improve efficiency and quality of cooking. Birthdays and special events continue to be celebrated and cakes and brownies are baked on site for the daily tea trolley. Cornwallis Care Services is committed to providing the highest level of service and would be happy to discuss your concerns via our complaints process.
