Regarding your point about cleanliness, I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with you, because we do like to pride ourselves on a clean and odorous free home and I would really like to make sure your mothers room is as it should be. Regarding the matter of your impression about is being short-staffed, I would like to reassure you that we always staff our floors safely so we can meet the needs of our resident's. If anyone calls in sick we do our utmost to bring in additional team member's.

Whilst the home has changed ownership, I would like to reassure you that it is very much business as usual within the home. Tselane Selokoma Leepile is a registered nurse with over 20 years’ experience working in care homes in different roles. She has managed care homes and attained ‘Good’ CQC inspection outcomes.
Her experience also includes working in a regional role as a Peripatetic Manager providing hands-on management support to turn around services that needed support with internal or regulatory compliance.
