I feel Langford is a very caring home, the welcome is great and the management and staff are so very helpful in every way. Always a cleaner at hand for mishaps.


My husband is very happy and comfortable, as he says it's like staying in a good hotel, always a cup of tea to hand and shoulder to cry

on. In fact, the running of Langford is very good.

My husband became a resident in September 2016 and I didn't expect him to see Christmas. He was quite poorly but since being here he has improved and we are looking forward to Christmas. This is all thanks to the care and attention he has received from everyone at Langford Park.

Standard of care is very high and residents are treated with dignity. The food is good and although I seem to be the only vegetarian, I am given special consideration.
The rooms are pleasant, there might be a few more toilets with locks on the doors. Residents are treated to various activities so life
is never dull.
Visitors are made to feel welcome.

Care and support is very good. The only concern I have is the very frequent staff changes and manager changes. As yet this has not affected the quality of care, but does have a worrying effect for residents families.

Our ethos is person-centred care and we are passionate about ensuring every resident at Langford Park is supported and given the freedom and opportunities to live life the way they want to.


We have a busy timetable of daily activities, weekly trips to local areas of interest as well as regular entertainment in the home.
