Thank you so much for your review, the staff work so hard to ensure that our residents are receiving the best care possible. Looking after your mum is an absolute pleasure and makes our jobs so much easier. Sometimes it may seem that we are understaffed because we try to give residents space with their families when they visit, if ever you need to speak to a member of the team please ring the call bell in your mum's room and someone will be with you in minutes. You can also always speak to me whenever you want to do so. Thank you for all your support, and thanks also to the Salvation Army musicians who bring so much joy for residents and staff alike that you organise regularly at Redmount it is truly appreciated.
