Hello, thank you for taking the time to publish this really positive review of your experience with our care team and care home at Woodhayes in Exeter. As you will be aware, Woodhayes has only since July 2022 been a part of the Stonehaven family. That being said, it is quickly apparent that the care home is exactly as you have described. We have inherited a fantastic care team who clearly put a lot of effort and pride into their work. This is apparent as soon as you walk into the building and emphasised when talking to the care team, residents and visitors. I am a registered nurse with many years’ experience working in nursing homes. I became Deputy Manager at Brendoncare Woodhayes in September 2016 and then took on the role of Acting Home Manager in June 2018.
I really enjoy the family environment we have at Brendoncare Woodhayes, with the residents, relatives and the Woodhayes team of staff and volunteers.
In my spare time I enjoy reading, cross stitch and jigsaws.
