Thank you for your review and likelihood to recommend the home. I am sorry to hear that you were unable to get mobile signal whilst in Avon Reach. Some areas in our home have a reduced mobile signal due to the structure of the building, and had you raised this issue with us during your stay a member of staff would have been able to direct you to a location in the home with better phone signal. I am happy to hear that you were pleased with the other aspects of your stay.
