I am really happy with the way our mum has been cared for. The staff are always friendly and professional. They are always available to discuss how Mum's day has gone and will refer Mum to the doctors and dietician. Overall, the services are all excellent and over and above. Very good management.

My mum stayed at Muscliffe Nursing Home from December 2020. It was difficult to visit her because of the lockdown but the WhatsApp and Zoom they had was brilliant. I have seen more of Mum than I ever did. What a brilliant place. Now we get to see her in three different ways.

All of the staff are fantastic and caring, always have a smile on their faces. They have made my dad welcome and help us with everything possible during our visits. I couldn't recommend them more.

Muscliffe Nursing Home has been amazing, the staff are very friendly but professional. They have all gone above and beyond their duty during the pandemic. Arranging socially distanced visits for anyone who has a loved one living there. They have been very reassuring that their residents are well and
enjoying life as much as they can. If they have any concerns they have made contact quickly to inform us of there concerns or for our thoughts/advice. I cannot fault the home or staff in any way, they do an amazing job. Thank you.

Muscliff Home accepted my mother at short notice on her discharge from the hospital. Over almost 5 years, the staff did their best to deal with her sometimes difficult behaviour. They treated her with dignity and respect. I would especially mention one lady who won Mum's confidence and managed to get
her to do things others could not! We were always welcomed on visits and kept informed of any medical issues and concerns. At the end of my mother's life, good contact was maintained, video calls were arranged, and the matron sat with her in her final hours. My father and I are grateful for all Muscliff Home did to make my mother's final years as comfortable as possible.

Care given to my mom in the Muscliff care home is of a very high standard. The staff are welcoming, very friendly and always available to help. They are very professional in their approach and treat mom with respect.
They are extremely kind, compassionate and caring.
It is an excellent team.

I cannot sing the praises of this home enough. My mum had dementia and had fallen twice in 2018 I was extremely lucky that Mum got a place here. Her care was caring and friendly. The staff are interactive and deal with everyone with respect. If I had any worries as I lived 3 hours away they were
always great on the end of the phone.
When the time came and Mum was passing they could not have done more for me. The staff were honest caring and kept me informed. Mum was never left alone (to my knowledge) and the atmosphere in the room was calm caring and quite peaceful.
Even after Mum passed they gave me all the phone numbers and contact I needed - a blessing as I was in no condition to find out all these things.
Thank you to everyone involved even to the lady who attended Mum's funeral. Complete care what more do you want.

My wife was admitted in December with a serious illness. She has received superb nursing care. Her pain relief has been monitored and is now comfortable. Her daily needs are catered for by a happy, devoted and caring staff.

Nice homely feel as you walk in the door. Bright and clean. Extremely kind and caring staff. My mother is treated with dignity and kindness and nothing is too much trouble. Tea and coffee, cakes and biscuits are brought round very regularly. All the meals look lovely. Anything she wants, she can have.
Plenty of activities if you want to join us and it is encouraged. Rooms are very clean and done by very pleasant staff. In fact, everyone we have come across has been lovely. Thank you.
