It was a very hard decision to put my Mum into care. When we approached LuxuryCare all our questions were answered. We were welcomed to the home to view our best suitable options. My Mum has been so much happier since her care was taken over by LuxuryCare. She has so much support from the lovely staff
and we are always welcomed on our visits.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, creating a warm and supportive environment. It was clear that they genuinely cared about the residents, and the attention to detail in

Kingsman has been amazing to my grandmother and my family, we were looking for a care home with an easy location and that didn't feel like a care home, Kingsman we found that it feels like a hotel and the home has a holiday feeling with activities and groups like gardening group, they have lots of outings
and being so close to the beach and Bournemouth gardens makes easier. We are very happy with the care and carers.

Always a lot of responsibility choosing a care home for a loved one, but choosing one that you can trust to look after your mother who has dementia was the most stressful thing I've ever done. I know I can visit my mum any time, and when I leave, I can trust the care home to give her the best care possible.
She enjoys the carers' friendliness and affection. Everyone at Kingsman has been so helpful.

Kingsman House was the answer for my prayers, we were looking for a care home for emergency admission and I can't thank the team enough for the help they gaves us when we most needed it. The home is beautiful, the rooms are great with en suite and the carers are great, the communication is great I always

Amazing care home where the staff have gone over and above to care for my mother who has complex needs. Staff are always happy and friendly and have a great daily activity plan for residents. Since moving my sister-in-law to Kingsman House she has improved. The staff and management are fantastic, they are there for the visitor as well if you have any questions. Kingsman House is a very happy place to visit. The rooms are lovely and clean. Nothing is too much trouble for them. It's so nice

I have been visiting my mother for the past three months and have found the support of all staff fantastic. They are caring and the facilities are first class. Front of house staff are superb. Staff on reception, all the carers work so hard to ensure all residents are supported. I have recently sat
in on the events organised for residents and all events are great. Special note goes to one staff member in particular. This is a care home that puts the word “care” at the top of its priority. I take my small Cockapoo “Winston” in and they make him really welcome, one of the residents has a small dog called Mi Mi and it brings a sense of calm to the whole home. Couldn’t recommend Kingsman more highly.

My mother initially came to Kingsman for two weeks respite, but in that time she was made to feel so welcome and cared for that she stayed, and two years later she is still there. She is healthier as her diet is balanced and she feels safe and secure. The staff are wonderful. They encourage her to
take part in all the varied activities on offer and are engaging and supportive. They also make me feel very welcome when I visit and are approachable and friendly.
Mum enjoys the weekly trips out to local places, takes part in the gardening club, attends the twice-daily activity sessions and interacts positively with the other residents. For her birthday, the staff organised a singer, baked her a lovely cake and gave her a planting ceremony in the garden for a rose I had given her. They are so kind.

Quality care, super staff and carers, great food, nothing is too much trouble to help Mum, great conversations with all staff.
