As an independent and family–run group determined to set the highest standards in all aspects of care for the elderly, our hard-working team will be particularly pleased to see that you are "completely satisfied with everything." The Aldbury is a dedicated care home for people living with dementia and, in some cases, a person with dementia may be entitled to receive NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) funding. I understand that in this case, CHC funding was initially granted but ended following a review. Please be assured that our fees reflect the cost of providing highly personalised care and are in line with our sector. Regarding staffing at The Aldbury, our staffing levels are acknowledged as being among the best in the care sector and there have been no staff shortages at the home. Victoria is responsible for leading the team of registered nurses and carers to meet the individual needs of the resident, through the delivery of consistently high levels of clinical care.

My role is to support the Home Manager and Clinical Lead in the day-to-day running of the home. The main focus of my role is high-quality care delivery. I work closely with the care team to ensure that all care staff are equipped with the knowledge, training and understanding to provide consistently high levels of care for each resident.
