We are delighted to hear that you found the care and support, as well as both the care team and the management at Mill House, to be excellent and would be likely to recommend our home to others. Our catering team works very hard to offer a varied menu to suit everyone’s palate but understand that it won’t suit all of our residents, all of the time. We are happy to offer alternatives if there is something that someone particularly dislikes and our culinary team regularly discuss individual’s likes and dislikes with them. We are currently reviewing the location of the hot trolleys to enable a faster delivery from the trolley to room or servers to table.
