I have been visiting your home for 18 months. I have always been greeted with politeness and a smile. Sometimes I need to ask a medical question which is always answered by the nurse in charge as it should be.

Caring for people with dementia and mental disorders is really difficult (I know I have tried) but in the five months that my wife has been in Camelot House and Lodge her needs and welfare have been met to my complete satisfaction. The staff and management work very hard and in an amazingly cheerful
way and I thank them all for the care given to my wife (and me).

We, as a family have been overwhelmed with the care and compassion our dad has received whilst in Camelot House and Lodge. Nothing has been too much trouble and all family members have been well looked after with endless food and cups of tea. Very impressed with the dignity and respect dad has been
shown.

I have found on visiting the lodge that all the members of staff have been helpful, approachable and very good at handling both my friends sister and other residents. Their jobs are extremely demanding but they carry out their tasks with cheerfulness and immense patience.

The staff are always very helpful and considerate. My wife is always clean and tidy. The food is well prepared to meet her needs and she is helped each meal time because she cannot feed herself. The senior staff always update me at each visit (daily) if there have been any concerns relating to her health
and well-being.
All in all, I am very satisfied with the care my wife gets and have recommended Camelot to other people. These people do a difficult job to a very high standard.

My other was in Camelot Lodge for the last 15 months of her life. In all the time she spent there she was cared for in a kind and loving way. In particular the activities co-ordinator was superb in all her care and help towards my mother.
