The Wells Nursing Home welcomes up to 40 residents all in single rooms, with en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom is well equipped with a nurse call system, television and personal washing facilities.

The home has been fully refurbished and some of the rooms drastically improved with beautiful en-suite facilities.

The home has two dining rooms. One spacious, very smart dining room facing the gardens with wonderful views of The Mendip Hills and a smaller room where residents can choose to eat in more privacy if they wish. The food is provided by experienced and well qualified cooks. The menus are varied and special needs are always met.

There is a comfortable sitting room where residents can relax. This leads into another sitting room with more views of the attractive gardens. The gardens are beautifully landscaped with several seating areas including a lovely patio area.

This home has a very friendly, yet professional atmosphere. The care provided was excellent as was the cleanliness. The food was cooked from scratch. The staff were always ready to help, I would recommend this home.

Very happy with my brother's care. He has had to go to nursing care. A meeting this morning was very satisfactory and carried out very professionally. Going home to know that he is in very safe hands and all his needs are met.

I am sorry he had to go into a nursing home but we cannot look after him anymore. So grateful to the nursing home for all their care, kindness, clean and tidy and he is given his medication and food.
