Fees will mostly be based on assessment of care needs by the home, but will also depend on size of the room and wet room availability, and views over Salisbury.
Nursing care fees are exclusive of the FNC contributions by NHS to the home. Private contribution contribution for Nursing Care is similar as for Residential Care.
The home is allowing visitors to residents, although there may be restrictions for infection control reasons. Please call the home to discuss current policy.
There is on-side parking available, including for disability vehicles.

Thank you for taking the time to complete a review form. We are sorry to learn your first evening did not meet your expectations and that you found the specialist equipment recommended by the hospital team uncomfortable. We are pleased to note it was changed the next day. We know that there are a lot of interactions with the team during the first hours of admission to generate an individual plan of care which can be very tiring when you are adjusting to a new environment, and we like to give residents the time and space to settle with a call bell at hand for assistance when required. We regularly monitor call bell response times which are usually between 0-5 minutes; I apologise that you were subject to a delay during your stay with us. We do have drinks and snacks available day and night which can be requested by residents at any time as well as a supper trolley visiting the rooms in the evenings; I am sorry if this was not made clear to you, we will ensure this is communicated effectively in future. We are pleased that you felt the stay was overall a good experience and were delighted that you chose to extend your stay by a week.

After gaining her degree in Geriatric Nursing in Germany, Irene has enjoyed a vast career in the care industry. As a dedicated healthcare professional, Irene has gained a wealth of experience in providing care to elderly people to help enrich their lives, leading to her progression as Home Manager.
Irene closely shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She extends this caring approach to her Colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to Residents in a way that means they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.
When asked what she enjoyed most about her role, Irene remarked: “I love working with so many fantastic people to achieve the same goal: to provide the kindest possible care for each Resident.”
Irene credits her biggest achievement to overcoming her fear of heights and completing a skydive from 15000ft in the air.
Outside of work, Irene is a keen dancer and artist and enjoys spending quality time with her family.
