Aga has been working in the Health and Social Care Sector for the past 15 years. After finishing her higher education in Poland she moved to the United Kingdom where she has managed various adult care settings ranging from learning disabilities, and specialist neurobehavioural homes to her real passion for elderly care.
Together with the amazing team at Milford House Aga wants to ensure the continued delivery of outstanding care to all the home's residents, their families and friends.
Aga always strives to make a difference in people’s lives and finds it rewarding when she can help somebody live their life to the fullest. As Aga says 'For me, this is what working in care has always been about, and I know that I can continue delivering this mission with the support of my wonderful colleagues at Milford House.'

With 6 years of experience as an RN at St Peter’s Hospital in Chertsey Juliana is looking forward to supporting General Manager, Aga and the rest of the team in her role as Deputy Manager. With 20 years of experience as an RN, five of which have been at Milford, Josipa is excited to be taking up the role of Clinical Lead. She says there is nothing she wants more than to work to ensure that the residents we look after receive the best possible care and support.
Josipa lives in Salisbury and when not at work is busy supporting her family and says she has two full-time jobs!

With 45 years of experience in the catering and hospitality industry, Kevin heads up the chef and kitchen team at Milford House. Kevin is passionate about delivering a delicious and nutritious range of menus for our residents both on a daily basis and for our special events. Leading our talented team Kevin will be ensuring that Milford's reputation as the home of delicious cakes is maintained!

Ann is one of our Senior Sisters as well as one of our longest-serving staff members having worked as part of the night team for 28 years. Ann has always worked nights and says that days have never tempted her as, in her role as Senior Night Sister, she gets to know all the residents in the home, can help wherever needed and is very hands-on. Ann has a wealth of experience and is a hugely valued member of our Milford family thankfully for us has no plans to retire any time soon!

Louise is one of our Senior Sisters who has been at Milford House for more than 25 years! She leads a team dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our residents and is responsible for the smooth running of her area of the home. Karen has been at Milford for over 20 years and is one of our Senior Carers. Gale joined the Milford team in 2019, initially as a carer but has gradually transferred over to the Activities Team where she is now the full-time Coordinator. Gale has a passion for creating comprehensive
and inclusive programme of vibrant events for residents, family members and friends to enjoy and, along with the rest of the team, ensure that each resident is able to participate in meaningful activities
tailored to their likes and dislikes.
Originally from South Africa, when not at work Gale loves nothing more than exploring the UK, catching up with family and friends, being creative across a variety of disciplines and keeping her eyes out for
great activities and events she can bring back to the home for
residents to enjoy.

Jane is joining our Activity Team as a new challenge in her career path. She comes to Milford with a wealth of life experience and is looking forward to being a part of the team delivering outstanding activities for our residents. Jane is Dorset born and bred and moved to Salisbury in 1987 and lives just around the corner. She loves quizzes, arts and crafts, creating events and will happily have a dance - so she will fit right in!

Liang has been at Milford since 2007 and has been a key part of the domestic team before being appointed Head Housekeeper. Liang says that he likes everything about his job and is committed to ensuring that he and the laundry and domestic teams provide excellent service to our residents. Since coming from China, Liang and his family have always lived in Salisbury and when not at Milford Liang enjoys taking them to explore different parts of the UK.

Kelly has worked at Milford House since 2006 in a variety of roles and is now a full-time member of the office team. She is a fountain of knowledge concerning all things Milford and if we don't know where to find something or what to do, she usually has the answers! When not at Milford, Kelly likes to take the odd quick trip to Spain to recharge her batteries, and her favourite Milford job is organising the Christmas party.
