We have been very happy with the care and attention that is given to our relative during the last two months.
The staff are very friendly and give time to make sure all is well, and our relative is comfortable. He is happy to be there. There were some small issues during management changeover, but
these have been sorted out now since the arrival of the new manager.

Mum was moved to Sutton Veny House temporarily for 4 weeks. Her care was outstanding. The team took a lot of time and effort to go the extra mile to ensure she was happy. The residents are offered lovely fresh food with plenty of choice. The manager helped me enormously to move Mum after her stay to
ensure a smooth transition. Truly top class care in a stunning loctaion.

My mother stayed for three weeks respite care at Sutton Veny House. She was very anxious as it was the first time she had stayed away from home where she has one to one care 24 hours a day. It couldn't have been a better experience as the team are so caring and did everything in their power to meet
her needs and provide individualised care. The manager and her team were very willing to work with us to follow her routines as much as possible and to understand how she likes things, from her personal care to her meals. It was clear that safety is taken very seriously and noticeable how carefully the staff managed my mother when she was hoisted or re-positioned. Any small concerns were sorted out very responsively.
The house is in a beautiful peaceful setting and has a lovely atmosphere which is welcoming to residents and their families. We hope to return in the future and would recommend the home wholeheartedly.
