Thank you for your review, we value all feedback as this helps us to improve our service where required. We are sorry you feel your Father did not have more opportunity to sit out in his chair. Having reviewed records and spoken with the team who supported him, it is apparent that although we always aim to tailor our care provision to the needs and preferences of those we support, on this occasion, we must prioritise their health and wellbeing and work in their best interests. The home team was most grateful for the card of appreciation you sent for the care, support and kindness shown to your Father whilst at The Westbury.

As a Registered Nurse, Theresa has gained a wealth of experience in providing care and nursing support to elderly people, to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards in care and quality of life for Residents.
Having worked at The Westbury for nearly two decades, Theresa closely shares Welford Healthcare's vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She extends this caring approach to her Colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to Residents in a way that they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.
When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Theresa remarked:
“Seeing my Residents happy and healthy, and working with dedicated staff who go above and beyond on a daily basis”
Theresa has also achieved much outside of work, with her proudest achievement being moving from India to the UK on her own, at a young age, to further her career in nursing.
Outside of work, Theresa has two children and enjoys gardening and seeing her friends and family.
