I trained as a nurse in Romania and moved to the UK nine years ago, initially I was a nurse at a care home in Devon, and then joined The Wingfield seven years ago. I have worked as a nurse in all the communities here, I was promoted to the Head of our Memory Lane Community and now I am enjoying my role as Head of Community in our separate building The Lodge.
