Thank you very much for your comments regarding the activities offered when your mum first joined the home. We are pleased to know that she enjoyed the entertainment and activities offered. We have now recruited two new activities coordinators to add to our team to make it to three staff to provide the best activities for the residents. We also have a new activities planner which is in place to give more choices which will include indoor and outdoor activities. We will do our best to ensure the residents get the best activities planned daily.

Thank you for your comments. I would like to reassure you that we always staff the home above the minimum required. We have also been recruiting more staff to give more flexibility on the rota so that we can offer continuity of care. We provide sufficient equipment for our staff to use on each floor. There is a new management in place and our door is open if you would like to discuss further. We also have a manager's evening surgery, from 5pm to 7pm every Tuesday, please feel free to pop in for a chat anytime. Thank you
