Nobody ever wishes their relatives to end their days in a care home. However, if they must I can't really fault the care given to my father. Dad was a very private person and his wishes were respected while maintaining an excellent level of care overall. The buildings obviously required maintenance
and were in a transition period during my father's stay. The staff could not have been better, a special thanks to four particular carers for making the very best of a bad situation. Very well done to everyone else. I will never forget you all.

We would like to thank you for the amazing care and kindness you gave our mum in her few short days she had at your lovely care home. The staff and management were lovely and always treated our mum with the utmost respect and dignity making her as comfortable as possible at all times. Also thank you
for all the support you offered our family members at this sad time.

I would like to say a great big thank you for all the staff for there great care they gave to my mum while she was with you. You never gave up on her and made her short stay with you as comfortable as you could. We couldn't of asked for more. Also for the support you showed our family through this difficult

Orsolya Szasz

Hello, my name is Orsolya (Ursula) and I am a proud NMC registrant as a Registered General Nurse and the Manager of Kings Court Care Centre.


I began my clinical career in my home country Romania in 2010 where I volunteered as a Paramedic for SMURD, an emergency care service. I qualified as a Nurse in 2012 and then moved- to the UK in 2013. I began my career in the health and social care industry in the UK as a member of the housekeeping team and then I moved into a Health Care Assistant role. I soon progressed into a Senior Care Assistant role in 2019 while I was working towards my NMC registration and I was delighted to earn my PIN number in 2020.


My first role as a RGN was during the height of the coronavirus pandemic which was challenging both physically and mentally but incredibly rewarding and resulted in my promotion to Clinical Lead.


A career highlight is my receipt of the Social Care Nurse Award; South West Regional British Care Awards 2020.


My journey with MMCG began in August 2021 and I moved into the Deputy Manager role in May 2022.


It is my goal to be a positive inspiration and influence for people who live, work, and visit Princess Lodge. I want to be a leader and Nurse who ensures that it is of paramount importance that the care centre is the service user's home and the team I work with put this into everything we do to provide quality care and support and feel like together we are a family.
