Park View Nursing Home is an extremely well run home with caring and understanding staff. The matron is very approachable to discuss any worries regarding my mother as is also wither of the staff nurses or the secretary. The home is kept very clean and the food is freshly prepared and always smells
clean when entering the front door into the lounge. All the staff are always polite and welcoming.

The staff here are caring and cheerful, they look after my sister very well and she gets on well with them and enjoys their banter. The caring is the most important thing, everything else is secondary. Questions are always answered and help and guidance is given concerning my sister's welfare and finances.
There is a good feeling when you walk in the front entrance.

This is an outstanding care home. My dad has had excellent care since he has been here. The staff are always welcoming and friendly and genuinely work hard to care for the residents.

My sister in law moved into this nursing home in August 2017 from the hospital. Her care has been of the highest standard and she has been treated with the utmost kindness, dignity and compassion. All staff have gone the extra mile to ensure she is settled and happy, they are never too busy to stop
for a chat and reassure her.
The food is of a high standard and I cannot recommend the home enough. Well trained and motivated staff led by an excellent manager.

This care home provides a very good service to its residents, providing care for all levels of needs.
Only one minor issue is that waiting times for toileting can be very long.

I cannot speak highly enough about the care that my husband receives at Park View. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the care is tailored to the individual needs of the resident. Nothing is too much trouble for everyone and the residents are treated as one big family. Also, there are so many
'events' and activities for all. It is a happy care home.

Good vibes greet you as you come through the entrance to the home, which immediately opens onto the main lounge. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and the residents all clean and well turned out. look alert and interested in what's going on around them. There are usually a variety of entertainment
going on such as the home chair practising or exercise or games being organised by the full time entertainment officer. Hairdresser and doctor and chiropodist all make weekly visits. Outings in wheelchair happen weekly to garden centre, picnics in the park. museums, seaside, wild life parks etc..
