Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how important it is to find the right care for your loved one, especially with dementia or Alzheimer's. At Beech Hill Grange, we carefully assess each resident's needs and always strive to provide appropriate care. We regret that your father-in-law's stay did not meet your expectations, but please know that our staff worked hard to support him, including involving family members when it was believed to be in his best interest. Regarding the notice to leave, this decision is made only after very careful consideration and with the safety/wellbeing of everyone in mind. We also strive to engage all residents in activities suitable to their needs, and we are sorry if this was not evident during his stay.
