Thank you for taking the time to review St Giles Care Home. It is disappointing to hear of your poor experience within St Giles in relation to your grandfathers stay. Our staff team went to best efforts to help your grandfather find his phone after he had lost it in our home and ensured that a phone was provided to him to keep regular contact with his loved ones. It is also recorded that regular contact between the home and your grandfathers family was registered to update on his well-being whilst living at St Giles. A visiting slot was also arranged for his relatives to visit him but unfortunately, he was moved to another care provider closer to his family before this could happen.
