Amazing care home. Staff are very welcoming and very polite/friendly. They answered every question asked. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for care for their loved ones. Very good!

I have been assisting in care homes for at least five years now. In that time I have seen homes where there are many good aspects, but never one where everyone seems to be pulling together to achieve the best they can for their residents until I arrived at St Giles that is.
The management style allows
everyone, including residents, to get involved in how the home functions, allowing residents to feel valued and staff to take ownership of everything they do.
Part of working in a care home inevitably brings you into contact with people in the final phase of their lives. I can honestly say the dignity and respect shown to residents and their families at this time, at St Giles, is the best I have seen.
