Margaret Richards is our Home Manager at Heartlands Care & Nursing Home. Margaret is committed and passionate about getting to know each resident and their family individually. Margaret operates an open-door policy and welcomes families and residents to pop in at any time for a chat over a cup of tea.
Job Title: Customer Relations Manager

Sevgi Joined Country Court in 2021 as a Senior Carer and is now our Customer Relations Manager at Heartlands. Sevgi is passionate about our residents and delivering the highest standard of care.
Job Title: Hospitality Manager

Paul has worked for Heartlands Care Home for almost 20 years. He has worked within various different sectors in the home, over the years, which has given him a wealth of knowledge and experience. Paul is our newly appointed Hospitality Manager and will oversee the management and support of our Domestic and Hosting team.

I am the Homes Administrator and I support the management team along with other departments in the home.
I assist the whole staff team with regular Covid tests and manage the staff training to ensure we are all working safely, effectively and as a team.
I assist all families and residents with general enquiries and help our residents manage their finances in the home.

I have day-to-day reception duties, I meet and greet on reception and help our residents and their families with any enquiries they may have. I currently assists all visitors with lateral flow tests and ensure the process is as quick and smooth as possible.
I love my job because every day is different and I learn something new every day. I love being part of a team and I really enjoy getting to know and spending time with our residents.
Job Title: Activities and Well-being Coordinator

I am Activities & Well-being Coordinator at Heartlands so together with my colleague we complete two group activities per day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. In between these times I spend time with residents one on one, we have quite a few residents that are unable to take part in group activities so I like to ensure they are not isolated and feel part of our family. I plan future events and activities and I work closely with our CRM to go through ideas. Because I have a background in care I also assist with self-care and mealtimes.
I love my job because I feel that I can contribute towards improving the quality of life for our residents, making them smile is so rewarding. Tracy lives locally, has 3 children and loves her job. The best part of the job is the ‘butterfly moments’, precious moments with residents. I like getting residents together and seeing how socialising can change the mood for residents making them feel more positive and upbeat.
I am also a Dignity Champion for Heartlands Care Home and a Dementia Friend.
I am working towards my Diploma in Care which I will complete in July 2019.
