We are very sorry you felt this way about Fountain Lodge Nursing Home.
We actively promote an open-door policy and encourage families to come and talk to us.
We accept that it takes time to educate staff to learn your loved one's bespoke routine.
At present, the home generally focuses on one-to-one activities, however, whilst families are visiting we like to give them privacy and quality time together.
