The staff are always very helpful and friendly towards family and my mother-in-law. She is staying in bed all the time but thank goodness she has no sign of bed sores. She is regularly turned and washed by the carers at the home. She has no appetite at all but they do their best to encourage her to
eat.

My Grandmother has been at The Beaufort since May. She has been very well cared for. As a family we have been very impressed with the staff, nothing is too much trouble. She was previously neglected in another care home, so we were worried, we needn't have been.

I have only been on 3 occasions, so cannot comment on everything. The staff seem friendly and caring and the home has a relaxed, homely, feel. Lovely not to see chairs round edge of room! Also lovely to see activities, staff members chatting with residents.
I appreciate that staff will be busy but
my only concern is response time to residents. Once previously for a drink, then for the toilet. She is waiting - more than 30 minutes.
