Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am pleased that you found the home and room pleasant. We have refurbished all the communal areas at Sovereign House and are continuing with redecoration of all residents' bedrooms.
We complete staffing rotas, with the aim that staff work consistently, in an allocated area within the home, so they get to know residents and develop professional relationships and knowledge of residents' preferences.
Tea, coffee and cold drinks are available at all times within the kitchenette areas on each floor for visitors to make drinks. Following your feedback we have completed notices to welcome visitors to use the facilities and will also discuss this with visitors as we welcome them to the home.
Further wheelchairs are now available for transfer of residents and this will continue to be monitored that we have sufficient to meet residents needs.
