Rosewood Care Home is situated in the Pensnett area of Brierley Hill and specialises in the care of the elderly.

The bedrooms are spacious and well equipped and have been designed to make sure residents feel at home in the warm and comfortable settings.

Very friendly staff, always do what we ask, very nice, take really good care of my dad. I could not fault this home at all. Thank you all for your continued support you give to my dad and the care you provide is amazing, food is also great, thank you so much. Rooms cleaned every day, very nice home.

Mum was originally provided a space here for respite care, a period of 2 weeks. She has since now been provided permanent care. The building itself doesn’t inspire and I would never have considered it if I were looking for care purely based on outward appearance. What an idiot I would have been! I cannot
recommend this place highly enough as the care provided is absolutely everything you would want for a loved one. The staff are all incredible! Mum was adamant she wasn’t going into a home yet she has settled so well and she is genuinely very happy here. Nothing is too much trouble and I cannot recommend Rosewood enough. Absolutely brilliant care from wonderful people.

Overall care was amazing. Staff were really caring and compassionate. They all do an amazing job. The cleanliness of the home was great. The only moan was my mother-in-law didn't get her hair done for two weeks as she was forgotten. Food always smelt amazing.

Rosewood Care Home is a loving, caring and friendly home, The management are very approachable, service users are extremely happy and loved, all cared for with dignity and respect all service users are given choices to which they prefer and staff and management make it happen the care is outstanding.

My dad moved to Rosewood Care Home in August 23, it’s the best thing we ever did!
Nothing is ever too much trouble, all staff are lovely, kind and very caring.
I couldn’t wish for a better place. Dad has come on leaps and bounds since being a resident. He’s more mobile, a lot less confusion and generally
a lot happier.

I am really happy now my mom is settling in. The staff and management go out of their way to make sure they are safe, happy and very well looked after. I feel very happy when I leave, as I know she is very well looked after when I'm at home/work.

While my husband was in Rosewood Care Home I found the management and staff were very caring and professional. Nothing was too much for them to see to his needs. Everyone was warm and friendly, making it easier for me knowing he was being well looked after.

Rosewood Care Home is a fantastic care home. All staff are friendly and welcoming. My dad is well looked after. The meals are all homemade. I would highly recommend Rosewood Care Home. The management team are all so friendly and any problems, they are sorted. I'm so happy I chose Rosewood Care Home.

As a family, we chose "Rosewood" to be our mother's new home. Despite her very short stay here at "Rosewood", we know that our mom was cared for and all her needs met. On every visit, anytime, we knew that we would have a welcome from the staff, and we felt part of the "Rosewood" family.

From my first visit to Rosewood, the level of care and consideration was incredible. The love and support provided by all of the carers were touching, way above what many would consider satisfactory.
Throughout my mother's stay, Rosewood impressed me. They enable my family to cope through a very difficult

Our friend became a resident as part of a step-down package from hospital. We have been kept fully informed about his situation in person and by telephone. The staff are always approachable and knowledgeable and have good relationships with residents and visitors. They are readily available to answer
questions and where appropriate to offer advice. They are actively helpful to residents who always seem well fed and well cared for. We found the care home impressive.

Rosewood Care Home is a truly superb care home where we are all always given the most tender loving care. Throughout my eighteen months here I have been cared for with devoted tenderness and all my needs have been met with outstanding dedication to my comfort and wellbeing. Day and night, the staff
are nursing us and making sure we are comfortable, warm and as cheerful as possible. There are lots of laughs and little jokes throughout the day. The food is tasty and our likes and dislikes catered for. We sit where we wish in the comfortable, warm and bright lounge or in our own rooms. We are always treated with love, dignity and respect. Rosewood is great!

My mother, sadly, was only a resident for a very small amount of time due to her illness, however, whilst there, she was extremely happy and well cared for by both Managers and Staff alike, nothing appeared too much trouble. She was made very comfortable and treated with both professionalism and respect
and there also appeared to be so many activities for residents to participate in as opposed to simply putting residents in a seat for a day, they included evening entertainment, bingo, quiz nights etc...I am sure my mother would have enjoyed living there for her remaining time.


I would based on the limited time at the home, highly recommend it, and compared to the high cost of other care homes, it was very cost-effective as far as care homes go.

Rosewood Care Home is a well equipped and well run residential home. My mother-in-law has had some serious health challenges in the last few weeks, and all her problems have been dealt with, with the utmost respect and care at all times. Any emergencies have been dealt with immediately and efficiently,
and we couldn’t have asked for better care for her. She’s back to better health again now thankfully.

My mom is a resident at Rosewood, she's been there since June 2018. It took a while to get used to it, but the past 2-years, she's never been happier, and I can honestly say so am I and all the family, the care and commitment from the staff and the team are outstanding. The meals they provide is excellent,
there is always some entertainment going on, and the garden area is also a great place for the residents to sit and interact. I would highly recommend Rosewood Care Home to anyone and to give yourself a great piece of mind knowing that whoever it may be, will be well looked after in all means of care. So I say once again from myself and all the family, well done and thank you to the staff and the team!
