This is a very friendly nursing home. The reception always gives a lovely welcome and is very helpful on the phone with any enquiry I have throughout any time of the day. All staff and very polite and helpful.

I have a family member at the Bearwood Nursing Home. I visit regularly and are always made to feel welcome. We were kept updated with my family members health during covid which also put all family members minds at rest.
The staff carry out activities that residents enjoy and the care staff give
to each resident is also at a high standard.

Very happy with the friendly staff and how my mother is being looked after. All members of staff are very helpful
Keep us updated and informed, easy to get in contact with.
Able to use FaceTime calls to see my mother when I can not visit, it gives me peace of mind knowing she is safe and well cared
for.
Would definitely recommend this care home to others

My Dad has been in a lot of care homes as a respite service user. He was never looked after well. Since he came to Bearwood Nursing Home he received outstanding care. My dad is really happy in the care home. And we as a family see it as lovely and we are happy about it. staff always go the extra mile
to do anything for you, there is always healthy food options during night and day. It is the best care home, we are so happy how well my dad came home from being in this care home. if I could give them 10 stars I would.
