Since my cousin arrived in the home in January her progress has been remarkable. She is eating much better and looks really well.

My mum has been a resident for two years since January 2014. Although I have raised a few concerns regarding my mums deterioration I have found management and care staff very supportive and helpful. I have been kept informed at all times. Any concerns I raise are addressed in a professional/supportive
and caring manor. Activities have been few but recently a new appointment has been made and timetables and outings arranged so think this will improve.
