Waterside Care Home, situated in the village of Tipton, close to Dudley, provides personalised nursing care to older people.

Each member of the professional care team is there to help you or your loved one settle into life at Waterside. With a wealth of knowledge and experience in the care sector, the friendly home manager leads the team to deliver the kindest possible care to residents, taking the time to learn about each resident’s individual hobbies and interests and helping them to live an active and fulfilling life.

In addition to the comfortable living areas and en suite bedrooms, inside the home, Waterside boasts a selection of specially designed dining areas that provide the perfect space to share meals with fellow residents, or family and friends. On those sunny summer days, the outdoor spaces are the ideal spot for some alfresco dining and the catering team works hard to ensure that each meal is an enjoyable experience for every resident and visitor to the home.

Because we live in Wales we cannot see mother-in-law as often as we should but when we are able to we have always found staff very friendly and willing to tell us how she has been.

Since my mother has been at Waterside her care has been excellent. The staff are very friendly and caring. Her general health has improved greatly and the range of activities provided has meant mom has taken part in things she has never tried before. Without Waterside, I believe mom would no longer
be with us.

I have been at Waterside over 12 months now, it really is a home from home. I feel very lucky to be somewhere so lovely. Everyone is very kind and helpful, especially the carers and nurses.

I like the home very much, lots of food, too much sometimes! Even though the home and staff are really nice, I'm pleased to be going home. The home and staff have supported me following the loss of my husband, we were married for 54 years. Waterside helped me spend his final days together. At home I
will be with my dog again, which makes me happy. Overall my time at Waterside was happy.
