Situated in a quiet residential area with good transport links right outside the home makes it easy to get to Shirley, Solihull and Birmingham. I qualified as a nurse in 2013 and specialised in cardiology and high dependency care. I joined Bupa in 2021 and I am extremely passionate about providing gold standard care for the residents we care for. I have a huge interest in diversity and inclusion and staff wellbeing. I attend regular D&I sessions to ensure I am up to date with my knowledge. I take a holistic and methodical approach to my role which drives me to provide person centred, excellent care. We are all like a large family here at The Priory. My passion is leading the team to perform exceptionally in infection control procedures as I am the infection control champion for the home. I am also an engagement champion which involves me linking with other local homes to share best practice ideas and cascade to the team here.
