Swan House in Willenhall, West Midlands is run by Absolute Healthcare Swan House Ltd. Swan House is a purpose built care home that accommodates up to 61 people. Care includes Residential, People Living with Dementia and Nursing Care, from respite to long-term stays.

Situated in Willenhall, near Wolverhampton, the home is a few minutes’ walk from a variety of local shops.

Each bedroom contains a fully adjustable bed, a call point, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, lockable bedside table and an en-suite toilet and hand wash basin.
Lovely communal dining rooms and lounge areas are spread across the 2 floors, all accessible by lift.

There is a dedicated activity coordinator and hair salon with a weekly hairdresser offering all hair services.
Residents are supported and encouraged to continue their current hobbies and to try new things.

A weekly menu is produced to provide a range of choices for home-cooked and nutritionally balanced food. Individual meals are created for those with dietary requirements.

The care my Grandmother receives from all staff at Swan House is outstanding.
The home is always clean and 'homely' and the staff are always polite, helpful and appear attentive to all service users.
My Grandmother is very happy residing here and has built up positive relations with both staff and
other service users, she is as happy here as she would be living with family.

I've been to visit my granddad at Swan House care home .. this is a few times I've been here and I have to say my grandad is very happy and settled .. everyone is very friendly ... I thought they all do a fantastic job ... ( I couldn't do it ) we visited when the activities ladies was doing " fine dining"
and the food looked better than most restaurants. The ladies did tell us that the chef had done the food. It was a very nice experience for all the residents... they all seem to enjoy the food and .... alcohol free wine. The home is a nice happy place to visit. Keep up the good work.

This is one of the best care homes in Walsall.
The staff are very friendly and caring
All ways have time for my friend even the cleaner stops and chats with her and me asking how we are etc.
The meals are very good.
Very clean.
Always a friendly face greets you when you arrive.

My grandmother has been in the home for a year, she is treated with respect and loves it at Swan House. The staff treat her like they would their own, we couldn't wish for a better home for her to live in.

We secured a room for my Aunt at Swan House in April 2016. She is a lovely person, 87 years old and has special needs. The death of her sister in April, who looked after her for 70 odd years left her confused and essentially homeless. Following initial respite care, and feeling dismay at solutions
being offered elsewhere, we called into Swan House and asked if they could look after her. We were fortunate with the timing and she moved in a few days later. We have not looked back since and my aunt was welcomed into the home by the manager and staff .
She has settled in so well, her room is immaculate, the staff are kind and attentive, she is eating well. The staff have really taken to her and they treat her kindly and with dignity. She has gained confidence with staff and residents and we support them by visiting most days of the week.We are so pleased that Swan House took her in, will always be grateful.

I am a friend of a resident and have visited on many occasions. I have witnessed the staff talking to the residents with dignity and respect and nothing is too much trouble for them. One time I arrived when the residents were about to have their evening meal and was surprised and impressed by the choices
they had and also the presentation. The layout of the home is spacious and immaculately kept, staff are always on there feet and doing something whether it be taking care of the residents or maintaining the cleanliness of the home. I would strongly recommend this care home to anyone who needs 24 hour care.

My dad is really happy at the home, the staff are lovely. There is such a great atmosphere within the home and we are always made to feel welcome. There is always something going on to occupy the residents and families are encouraged to take part.

I have already recommended Swan House to friends due to the hard work that they do in caring and supporting my Pops. I know that he is not the easiest person to work with but nothing is too much trouble. I can't speak highly enough of the staff and manager there in making my Pops final few months a

I met with the new manager who was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the home and had a very caring attitude towards my father.
Its refreshing to see that a manager meets and greets not only the residents at the home but makes herself available to families at all different times when I'm sure that
she has a great deal of work to do herself.

I have been working in the Caring Profession for 45 years, starting out as a Care Assistant and senior Carer and then qualifying as a Registered Nurse.
