Eversleigh Care Centre is located in a residential area in West Park in Wolverhampton and has good rail and road links to the nearby M54 and A41.

The care centre is ideally situated for local amenities for residents and visitors and provides personal and nursing care and a choice of single or twin rooms, including many with en-suite facilities.

Everleigh Care Centre provides long-term and respite care, as well as emergency stays and can cater for people over the age of 55-years-old.

The home is split into three units and is clean and well decorated, while residents at the home are encouraged to personalise their bedrooms with personal and familiar belongings.

Everleigh Care Centre was refurbished in 2013 and features a kitchen that has been carefully designed around the needs of those at the home. The home has a range of assisted showers and bathrooms on each floor and each unit features a lounge and dining area. Residents at the home have access to the home's spacious garden.

My father was admitted to Eversleigh for palliative end of life care. The welcome both to him and to his family was wonderful - we were greeted personally by the manager and shown where we could make hot drinks and my father was quickly visited both by a nurse and by an occupational therapist and the
activities organiser. His room was pleasant and bright and we were encouraged to personalise it with his photos.
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The kitchen staff tried to tempt him to eat by asking us what he liked. They never stopped trying, even though he was really too ill to eat anything much. The nurses and carers checked up on him frequently. They kept him clean and groomed, and were very gentle, understanding, and kind.
When his condition grew worse, one of the carers sat up with him at night, until we arrived, and during his last few days, the staff brought us recliner chairs and blankets, to make it easier for us to stay the whole night. Thank you, everyone!

During Mum's time here we have been overwhelmed with the care Mum received, the involvement with her care, the staff were very kind to me. Mum's health had improved and now she is back at home. We can't thank the staff enough for their kindness, it has certainly been a pleasure to be against and being

During visiting my husband over the past five weeks I have experienced warm welcoming management and staff. Nothing has been too much trouble. My husband was very poorly when he was admitted, he's now on the road to a good recovery. Thanks to the dedicated staff and all the love and care shown towards
him.
I myself manage a residential home for 25 years and retired at 78 years, 4 years ago, so I have full admiration for the staff's kindness and patience they give to the service users. Well done to the home.

My mother receives good care at Everleigh. She is moved by sling from her bed daily and placed into her own chair in the lounge. This enables her to have company and feel less isolated. She is bathed regularly and looks better than she has looked for a long time.
The home is clean and well cared for.
I have found many of the staff excellent at their jobs. Long may it continue.

My father was admitted after a fall at his home and the care he received was good over the two months or so he was there. The staff were caring and courteous and he was moved to the palliative wing for his final days. Looking after someone who's led an independent life is never straightforward but the
staff dealt with all issues in a very organised and caring way. I would be happy to recommend this care home.

My mother in law went into care about six months ago. I feel the care has improved day by day as they get to know her. I feel this is the key to good care. The staff are patient and caring. My father was a resident at Eversleigh Care Centre from May to July 2018. He sadly passed away there, however, he was, during his stay, cared for by the staff with very high standards.
Staff were kind, polite and patient with him. They were also professional and courteous to us as a family.
During
his final days, he entered into palliative care. He was treated with compassion and dignity at all times for which we were extremely grateful.
Many thanks to all of the staff at Eversleigh.

The experience was absolutely amazing. I was looked after, my mother was looked after and I couldn't ask for any better care that Eversleigh Care Centre gave.

We looked at several care homes for dad, then we were offered Eversleigh Care Centre which suited dads needs as it was a nursing home. When we came to look at it, it was lovely inside. The staff were very friendly and polite, they make you welcome. Also, the bedrooms are lovely and the layout of the
building is also very nice. Eversleigh staff look after dad really well and that gives us 100% peace of mind.

When they told me that my mom had to go into a nursing home, I was very apprehensive, you hear such rumours about the care that residents get. On my first contact with the staff, I was put at ease straight away. The care and support that she gets is great. The activities team get Mom involved as
much as she can, smiling and laughing and are great with all the residents and family.


I can't fault all the staff. If I have any query, I can go to the office and they deal with it with a smile and get whatever is on my mind sorted.


I now have peace of mind that my Mom is being taken care of. Well done, the team.

A very sincere "thank-you" to all the Eversleigh Care Centre staff involved in the end of life care of my mother-in-law during her short stay in January 2017. We were very impressed with the caring way that both the care and nursing staff at Eversleigh managed the last few hours of her life, and grateful
to find someone sat with her holding her hand on our arrival. As close family members, we were made to feel welcome and emotionally supported at a very difficult time. We were also deeply touched by the beautiful flowers and staff representative that Eversleigh sent along to her funeral afterwards.
