The care given to my mother is excellent, a big thank you to all the staff.
I'm very happy for my mother to be at Lavender Court as l know that she is very well looked after. The staff communication is very good, they keep me up to date with what is going on in regards to my mother's care needs.

My mom came to live here in January 2020, she has dementia and could no longer manage without full-time care. I feel my mom is getting very good care here. The facilities are good and the place is very clean, her room is a good size and is on the ground floor with a toilet.
My mom always looks lovely
and clean and the staff always ring us when anything concerning her happens, such as a doctors visit or a change in medication. This is a very good care home and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for a place for a loved one.

I have always found the staff to be very pleasant, helpful and efficient.
They always keep me updated on any changes to my mother's needs however small.

I have always found everyone at Lavender Court to be very helpful when contacted with regards to my sister. They always get in touch regarding any medical problems and keep me informed as to the outcome.
Although this is a very upsetting time for everyone when I have visited all the staff are friendly
with smiles on their faces and always ready to help with any questions I have.
I am happy with my sister being there.

My mom has vascular Dementia. Mom has been a resident of Lavender Court Nursing and Care Home for 2 years. I can’t thank the staff enough for all the support and care they have given my mom and myself. The manager and staff are welcoming and always helpful. The meals are always well presented and nutritional.
They have fun days for residents and family ie Easter bonnets, Christmas parties, Halloween and many more. I would highly recommend.

I moved Mom into Lavender Court in Feb 2020, after it was made a condition of her funding that she be moved to a care facility with a specialism in Parkinson’s and its related dementia. I was wary of the move as Mom had settled into the previous care home, her first, after being discharged from hospital
after a prolonged stay.
After visiting Lavender Court, its staff and my mother’s potential room, I was left with the impression that this was a well-run, homely, caring place with warm, professional, friendly staff that I could work with.
Mom has blossomed over the last few months with the care and attention given, she is happy, integrated fully into daily life, has made friends, encouraged in hobbies, including her artwork, something Mom has not done in many years.
The team listen, they regularly monitor and assess Mom’s needs, they act and communicate with me and my family. They care, and I cannot ask for anything more, when placing in their charge someone as special as my mother.

My overall impression of the home is the staff attitude toward residents which is 1st class. The management team are most helpful and the whole team have a very apparent good relationship with each other which helps the overall running of the home. Friendly and helpful, also welcoming.

An absolutely fantastic environment with caring and courteous staff. I have so much respect for the staff of Lavender Court and I appreciate the way they have welcomed my grandfather into their family. My grandfather is regularly fed and changed. We struggled for 5 years and wish we knew about Lavender

It has been 16 months since I last offered my views of Lavender Court, my father has resided there since November 2017.
We have seen many positive changes it has been completely transformed into a pleasant and comfortable environment, the outside kerb appeal has also been improved considerably.
The
home retains its staff which is most reassuring and a regular review of my fathers Care Plan with me has been implemented this year. The staff are lovely and always very welcoming, they approach my father with dignity and respect.
I must say, my father is always very smart and his personal care is of a high standard. His room is spotlessly clean and so is the rest of the home.
The food that my father is offered is varied, oral fluid intake is visibly a high priority.
The Family Meetings have been a pleasant opportunity to meet other relatives and friends along with the regular social gatherings.
My father is very happy in Lavender Court and that in turn allows us to get on with our lives.

We moved our Mother/Mother in Law to Lavender Court in March this year. We notice on our visits that she is always clean and presentable, which is nice to see. I think the staff, on the whole, do a good job considering the circumstances, but sometimes they could do with more staff. A pleasant environment
for most residents.

Lavender Court is an excellent choice for our loved one. The manager and care staff/nurses, etc. are professional, caring and respectful at all times. The manager takes time out to explain and discuss our loved one's needs.
Our loved one has dementia and can be very difficult/trying at times but staff
have patience and allow them time to process what is happening. All in all, excellent service provided.

The home is clean and well cared for and activities are provided. The staff here are excellent, very kind, caring and cheerful. The support from the staff and management for both my husband and the family were very good. If needed, extra support e.g. Doctors, specialist nurses, Ct's etc, was sorted
very quickly. My husband was well looked after here.

Home is very clean, light and airy. Lots of room, good facilities. The staff are friendly, helpful and caring. My mum is happy there and I'm confident that she is getting the best level of care.
