Thank you for taking the time to review Brockhampton Court and for saying such lovely things about our fantastic staff and the caring and happy ambience. I notice you mention our review as excellent across the board, with food being the only exception and being rated as 'Good'. In response to recent reviews of our food we have hired a completely new kitchen team in November, now being run by new staff members. One of whom is a very well regarded restaurant chef, and we are delighted to have a team of such calibre join our team. Our clear goal is to have superb food, well above that seen in other care homes and worthy of our Brockhampton's other fantastic attributes. We will continue to strive for excellence across the board at Brockhampton.

Dear Heather, thank you for your lovely review. Achieving the highest standards in care is paramount to our friendly team at Brockhampton. Although we are not aware of any particular incident involving a slower response time to your mother, we do always have on duty an appropriate number of nurses and carers in the building to ensure our high standards of care are maintained. As you say in your recommendation sometimes emergencies do happen where a resident requires more staff to come to their aid, however our staff are very well trained to deal with emergencies and to quickly return to their non-emergency care.
