For nursing clients we claim the Funded Nursing Care element directly from the ICB. Fees quoted are the fee to the resident.
Fees are dependent upon need and choice of room.
The home encourages visitors to visit the home at times that suit the resident. The home also welcome visitors to dine with loved ones.

Yes read reviews ..get a tour ..ask around ...wander round the building ..scrutinise the website and the quality report ..meet the person in charge .. review the costs etc
It..isn't set in glorious woodland ...it's not isolated..but goodness ..beauty here is more than skin deep.
If the culture of a place is set top down, well the manager must be doing something right ..in fact more than right.
My dad died this week ..he was there 5 months ..very very poorly ..not an easy patient ..but the level of care ..the attitude ...the nursing expertise ...the sensitivity ...the quality/attitude of everyone I met ..the cleanliness ..the devotion ..the thought ..the feeling it left me with ...they didn't need to do that ..go that far ..be that diligent and caring, but they were and in the final days ..exceptional..just writing this makes me cry .
