I am very content with the care provided. Thank you to all the staff, who are always polite, happy to help and are very cheerful at all times. There are a variety of activities that all the residents are encouraged to participate in.

Our mother was only at the home for a short time, but during that time she was cared for with kindness and compassion. All staff were friendly , approachable and accommodating. Even bringing us tea/ coffee & biscuits.

I was so pleased we managed to get my late mother into the home. It had a really comfortable feel to it and the staff were always very friendly and helpful. This in turn reassured me that Mum was comfortable and well cared for by a professional team. Visiting here there has always been a good experience
and it was very touching that members of staff came to the funeral.

What an amazing Care Home this is! Highlights of recent times have included a wonderful Teddy Bears Picnic with two very talented and professional musicians and the biggest teddy bear we have ever seen! Then there was the Dog Show; a lovely relaxed informal atmosphere; all the dogs got on well together.
It was just pure fun.
As a family, we have enjoyed special gatherings with picnic lunches and afternoon teas in their delightful walled garden. Nothing is ever too much trouble, we are always welcomed and helped out with any arrangements. Some of these visits have been particularly significant for my wife with her friends coming from New Zealand, France, Italy and Scotland.
We have enjoyed two delightful birthday parties at The Boynes.
In so many ways the Carers and Staff go to such lengths to make us feel included. As one of my wife's close friends remarked "the staff are so lovely with her, she couldn't be in a better place".

The Boynes have been caring for my mother since September 2023. They have been exceptional in their care towards her. The staff are kind, understanding and professional and have ensured my mother's needs are met at all times. Her room is kept clean and tidy and the home always appears well organised.
They have welcomed us as a family and nothing is ever too much trouble to organise whether it be a small gathering with mum's friends for a birthday lunch, a picnic in the garden or a visit home. There are numerous social events organised by the home which are full of variety and inclusive of all. To date, we have been very pleased with the quality of care received at The Boynes.

My uncle, who had been in and out of the hospital needed 24/7 nursing care as he was no longer safe to leave between home care visits. The home manager came to assess him, and he was able to move to The Boynes the following morning. They even provided the transport. I have every faith in The Boynes
as my mother was also a resident here until she passed away in March.

It was my mother’s 97th birthday on 2nd January and the wonderful staff arranged for her to meet her family (15 of us in all including 4 great grandchildren) at a village pub restaurant near Evesham. We all had a fabulous day with her and huge thanks must go to the carers who accompanied her. In the
time that mum has been at the Boynes she has met nothing but kindness and caring and she loves you all!

I am very happy to give the Boynes a glowing report. The nursing care was very professional and nothing was too much trouble to make residents comfy. My husband had his own room with an en suite. Everything was very clean. All the staff were polite and cheerful. The food was excellent and well-cooked.
I would recommend this care home to anyone who wants their loved ones to be safe and well cared for.

The care and kindness my mother receives at The Boynes is exceptional. The staff are kind, caring and dedicated to providing person-centred care. She is living with dementia and her life has been transformed from struggling with her dementia difficulties to being a happier and more fulfilled individual.
If my mother isn't hungry at lunchtime she is offered bananas, which are her favourite fruit. Her anxiety has lessened so that she can join in and look forward to all the different activities on offer and she has made friends with both staff and residents alike. She enjoys watering the plants in the garden too which makes her feel helpful and purposeful. She dances at regular musical events encouraged by the staff, making her feel valued and it is something she doesn’t want to miss. As a relative when I visit, I am also always welcomed and greeted with warmth and kindliness - nothing is too much trouble.

Mum came in for respite care for two weeks. She has poor memory and cognition. My brother visited regularly to support her and she was looked after very well. She told me that all the staff were very kind and that she enjoyed the food. The staff ensured that Mum mixed with other residents that had similar
abilities and this made Mum's stay more comfortable and meaningful. She enjoyed going out in the minibus. She liked having her hair done. Attention to just the simple basics made her stay at the Boynes enjoyable. Thank you.

It is only since the restrictions have been relaxed that I can fully appreciate how special The Boynes Care Centre is. The staff are so kind and caring - nothing is too much trouble. The range of activities is very comprehensive with something for everyone - cooking, art, exercise, music and gardening.
The residents are taken out for drives in the countryside. There was a wonderful party to celebrate the Queen's Jubilee which made me feel part of The Boynes family. I am confident that my husband is loved and cared for to the highest standard which is a great comfort.

My mum has been a resident at The Boynes Care Centre for the last 2 years she is 95 and wheelchair-bound. The welfare and standard of care continues to be superb. My brother passed away in April, he and my mum were very close and this hit her badly. The staff at The Boynes Care Centre stepped in to
support us through this tragic time and went the extra mile every time. We have been lucky enough to hire a wheelchair-accessible vehicle as and when needed. This necessitated a change to a specially adapted wheelchair. The staff at The Boynes Care Centre were on hand on each of 3 occasions to do this on arrival and coming home. This meant mum was able to visit my brother in a hospice to say goodbye, go to his funeral (including a stop-off visit for toileting before proceeding to the wake), and to go to the internment of ashes. Then there was so much more on each occasion, staff were there waiting to comfort my mum on her return. In conclusion, The Boynes is not just a care home it is a family to whom we are so very grateful.

Mum thoroughly enjoyed her two weeks of respite care with you; after she had been quite poorly and run down after Christmas. The staff took great care of her - nothing was too much trouble. She found the food delicious, and the staff were really helpful in assisting her to use her iPad to get in touch
with friends and family. She found the room comfortable and enjoyed the attention - having help to shower and having her nails done were very much appreciated too. A big thank you to all of the staff - from a very grateful family - we collected a much healthier and happier Mum after her respite with you!

Job Title: Home Manager / Registered Nurse

Hi, I am Nithin. I have been working with the Future Care Group for the last 3 years. I started off in the group as a staff nurse at the Boynes Care Centre where I was able to spend quality time with the service users and learn the values of the company.


Later on, as Deputy Manager where I enjoyed learning from the challenges of working together with a highly talented team who provided meaningful, quality care to the service users in the home.


Recently I took the post of the Home Manager and I am looking forward to working with the team to provide the best care possible to our residents. I am passionate about working with our residents and learning more about them as well as creating person-centred care plans which cater to our residents’ individuality.


When I am away from work, I love spending time with my family, listening to music, watching movies and playing badminton.

I qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2001 and have worked in the clinical setting and Managerial/Commissioning roles both here in the UK and abroad.

Job Title: Lifestyle Lead

My interest in working within the care industry began whilst studying Mental Health Practice at Gloucestershire University. During my placement, I ran art workshops for the elderly and people with various disabilities. Being in this environment felt like second nature, and I soon realised that this was the industry I wanted to pursue a career in.


I've worked in the care sector for 6 years, with over 3 years as part of The Boynes team. I progressed from Care Team Leader to the challenging yet rewarding role of Lifestyle Lead. Bringing smiles to the faces of residents and their families is what makes this role so fulfilling.


Outside of work at The Boynes, I enjoy keeping myself busy with arts and crafts, particularly painting. Currently, I am learning how to crochet, though I haven't had much success yet. I also cherish spending time with my two beautiful pugs, Peppa and Daisy, who mean the world to me. My partner and I love taking them wild camping in our van.

Job Title: Head of Maintenance

Maintenance work in a Care Home must involve all departments and because of that, I believe that teamwork is fundamental. Having a good relationship with the team makes it easy to communicate different needs and learn something new every day.


Since my first day at The Boynes, I have tried my best to be of help to the staff and solve problems as soon as possible.


It’s good to work in a company that gives us the tools we need to comply with the legislation and keep the Care Home functioning correctly.


Honestly, the team at The Boynes is amazing, we all have our different personalities but at the end of the day, we feel like we learn from each other. I believe that all this is due to having good management who knows the issues that arise and work by our side every day.


As our shifts can sometimes be difficult and intense, I use my free time relaxing with my family and enjoying my hobbies: fishkeeping and cooking.

Job Title: Head of Housekeeping

I started my career at the Boynes as MS Specialist Carer and was soon promoted to a Senior Carer.
Since 2017, I have decided to have a change of career to better suit my home-life balance and so have become the Head of Housekeeping. I thoroughly enjoy my job, always make sure I have a smile for every resident and no job that is asked of me is too much trouble. The residents’ needs are always at the heart of every task I undertake.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and family by going out for meals or by dancing the night away.

Job Title: Head Chef

I started my career in the kitchen in 2019 as a kitchen assistant. I enjoyed what I was doing and loved spending every moment with the head chef. She was a fantastic lady who taught me most of what I know now and believed in me and my future.


Today, I am the head chef and she was right: it is a beautiful job but very demanding. I work very hard but at the same time, I am very happy with what I have achieved so far.


In my free time, I spend time with my son and family. I enjoy gardening, listening to music, and walking across the Malvern Hills.
