Thank you for your kind comments regarding the staff and the home. To prevent residents losing clothes when they go to the laundry we are reviewing our process and investigating the purchase of small tags that are applied to the item of clothing clearly indicating which resident they belong to.

Thank you for your comments. Whilst the Manager and activity staff pop in to see you regularly, they can arrange for more regular meetings to discuss things with you if you wish, especially to go over the variety of choices available at each meal time. Maintenance have checked the TV and the sink plug will be changed. We would really welcome the opportunity to redecorate your room and will ask the Unit Manager to discuss this with you further. The canes for the sweet peas were removed for winter and have now been put back in for the summer months. I am pleased to note that you are happy with the care and cleanliness at the Home.

Court House was exceptional. Everyone from senior nursing staff to the cleaners treated my brother with the utmost dignity and respect. He was extremely happy at the home

As a Registered Nurse, Jane has gained a wealth of experience in providing care and nursing support to elderly people, to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards in care and quality of life for Residents.
Jane closely shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She extends this caring approach to her colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to Residents in a way that they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.
She also works hard to arrange events and activities with nearby schools and clubs and is always keen to include the local community in life at Court House.
When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Jane remarked:
“Nothing makes me happier than providing a safe and happy environment where Residents receive the highest quality of care.”
Outside of work, Jane enjoys tending to her garden and spending quality time with her husband, family and friends.
