Since my aunt has been in this care home her state of health and happiness has improved 100%. She is looked after so very, very well. Cannot fault the home, staff or food.

This home has been such a joyful place to have my aunt living. She had been withering away in the previous one. Here she is cared for so well - clean, fed and happy. There is a great feeling of comfort when we visit.

From the moment my 90-year-old mother arrived at Grosvenor House to the moment she passed away, we were made to feel like family. The care has been exemplary, each of the staff has been kind, treating my mum as an individual, catering to her whims and fancies. I have no hesitation in recommending Grosvenor
House to anyone, it is a tranquil island in what can be stormy seas as journeys end approaches.

My mother was admitted to Grosvenor House in January 2024. We had a choice of three as she was healthcare-funded. We immediately realised Grosvenor House was the best place for her. Overall very pleased with the care she receives.

My experience with the home was excellent for my dad. He was looked after and accommodated at all times with the nurses and one member of staff in particular was exceptional. All in all 10/10.
