The staff are always cheerful and helpful. They always look after the residents in a very caring way. My sister-in-law is always nice and clean. Nothing appears to be too much. Good choice of home.

Every time we visit my sister-in-law she is nicely dressed and relaxed in her surroundings. Her room is always tidy and she can look outside. The staff are always very welcoming and helpful. A delightful home.

The care my mother receives is second to none. Every member of staff is a team at Grosvenor House, they are kind, and considerate and treat my mother with respect and dignity. I cannot fault this care home.

Such a wonderful nursing home. All staff are extremely friendly, supportive and patient. I couldn't wish for a better home for my Dad to be cared and looked after. Thank you for the last 7 years and very grateful.

Mum was at Grosvenor House for going on 6 weeks. Her care was second to none. I cannot praise the staff enough for her care and support. My mum was end-of-life care, but in the short time she was at Grosvenor, she was happy and very well cared for. All that is left to say is "thank you Grosvenor House
you're the best."
