My father has always said he will never leave his house that was built to his spec. But when he had his 100th birthday, which Dad organised for 200 people - a great day was had by all. Dad then agreed to go into a home. We were all a little worried, but when he arrived, Dad told us this home was just
fantastic - perfect staff, food, room, and I want for nothing. So now the whole family are very happy.

Mum only spent a short time at Grosvenor House, but her last days were spent in lovely surroundings with very caring staff. We cannot thank everyone at Grosvenor House enough for all their support and care and making Mum comfortable in her final days.

My aunty is very happy and well looked after. She loves getting her hair done and really enjoys the live entertainment. Staff are lovely, friendly and always offer refreshments. An overall lovely, clean, friendly home.

My Father is respected and well looked after. The home is comfortable, warm and clean and pleasant to be in. The staff are wonderful, caring and lovely people. My dad seems happy with his room, the routine and the friendly nature of his care.

Auntie has been in Grosvenor House for a couple of years and when we visit the house is always clean and never smells. The staff are always so polite and helpful, offering tea/coffee when we arrive, couldn't want for more.

Not having any experince in a nursing home, I didn't know what to expect, but I can honestly say I couldn't fault Grosvenor House. The staff are so welcoming and caring, and I knew straight away Mum was going to be looked after like she deserved. In her last days and hours, I wouldn't have wanted her
to be anywhere else but here, so a very big thank you to everyone who looked after my mum.

My mum receives top-quality care at Grosvenor House. All staff are very approachable and spend time to make everyone welcome. The atmosphere is happy and bubbly in the home and I really wouldn't want my mum to be anywhere else.

My mother has been a resident of Grosvenor House for over seven years. She has been extremely well cared for throughout the various stages of her illness. Her needs have changed during her time at Grosvenor House and the staff and management have adapted the care accordingly. On the rare occasion I
have had to give feedback, it has been acted on immediately with the resident as the number one priority. The staff turnover is low, which is really beneficial for elderly people who either don’t like change or struggle to cope with it due to dementia or other needs. The home do not use agency staff, which ensures a consistency of care completely under the control of the management. The resident and indeed resident’s family are far from just a number, it really is family run with those values at the core. The staff and management really do ‘care’, they are very kind and always try their best. I looked around twenty plus care homes and know I made the right choice.
