My father came into Grosvenor House last month after a terrible stroke. We have been made very welcome, the care and kindness have been outstanding. The food and additional care are also very good and a lovely food choice.

My nan moved here from a previous home and she is lovely and clean and well presented. She is well looked after here. The home is very clean and the staff are lovely.

My first visit to see my nan. Nan had to change home for better care for her. I cannot get over how friendly the staff are and how clean the building is. Nan seems to be brighter, cleaner and more presentable.

We have had the pleasure of getting to know the staff at Grosvenor House over the last 12 months with our dad becoming a resident. The kindness, compassion, and friendliness of all the staff is a credit to the care profession. Without their help, the last 12 months would have been much more difficult
and for that, we will always be grateful for their help.

Mum was made very welcome and has been happy and well cared for. Staff have been caring throughout her stay and encouraged Mum to join in activities. We have been grateful for the respite care and are confident that she is safe, well cared for and happy.

This is the most amazing care home and I can recommend it as a great place if you want your loved one to be looked after with the best quality of care and dignity. They go above and beyond to give everyone a fantastic experience - including singing, games and arts and crafts. Food is all homemade. It
is a pleasure to visit and see how happy my mum is living here. You are all truly amazing. Thank you.

I can not fault the care my auntie is getting. The staff are absolutely amazing, so kind and friendly and always so welcoming.

My experience has been good. I took some time to settle in residential care but soon settled fairly happily. The room is warm and comfortable and I have been able to put a number of personal effects to make it homely - encouraged by members of staff. When requested every attempt is made to accommodate
personal tasks wherever possible regarding meals etc. Altogether, I am more than satisfied.

The home is caring, attentive and friendly. There is a good feeling here and I believe the food is very good. My sister has been well cared for and the staff are very kind and do their jobs thoroughly and with a smile. The overall accommodation is very good.
