There is always a welcome when we arrive at the home, my cousin always seems very content and is well looked after. The staff are like one big happy family and are always attentive to the residents and more than happy to talk to us about our cousin.

Brilliant staff team, in choosing this home for Mum we looked at a number of options, we chose Grosvenor House as the staff team were really friendly. This has been our experience on every visit. In particular, the member of staff who provides an excellent entertainment programme using both internal
and external resources, this has included visiting singers, a Pantomime, and making Christmas decorations all with energy, a creative flair and a smile. Another member of staff in particular also has always gone out of his way to help us he always has a smile and a great personality with both Mum and all the other residents. Choosing a care home is never something you want to do, but from our experience, you can choose Grosvenor House with confidence that your relative will get the best possible care from this home and the amazing staff team.

All the staff at Grosvenor House are amazing looking after my mum. they are so attentive and caring. We could not be happier with all the activities they partake in. Thank you so much for the excellent care and support you showed to our father and to us as a family. We were always greeted with a smile and regularly updated on our father's health and well-being. He was quite poorly when he arrived at Grosvenor House, as he had been recovering from a recent fall -
and our experience was a positive and helpful one. The staff were all very pleasant and swift to attend if we needed help or care for Dad - the kitchen staff were very accommodating with his dietary needs too.

I could not wish for my sister to be looked after in a better environment. On all of my visits staff have always shown a caring approach and have done everything to make my sister comfortable, I have nothing but complete admiration for their dedication on a personal note.
