The meals were excellent, with a variety of choices to cater for all tastes. I ate some meals in my room but enjoyed joining other residents in the dining room at lunchtime and being able to chat. Even though my stay was short, I felt that members of staff made time to get to know me and my likes and dislikes which made my stay an exceedingly enjoyable one. It was my birthday before I left and I was made to feel very special.
I would thoroughly recommend staying at The Lawns.

Response to our GSF survey does in no way agree with your reflection. The words attentive, caring, supportive, and dignity featured including comments regarding staff being excellent including night nurse level of support, staffing noted to be “not an issue at all” better than our experience in a previous setting.
