Thank you for completing the review - it comes as some surprise to me as no one has brought this to my attention in the last 14 months since I took over as manager.
Surprise that you have indicated these negative comments, as we have only just completed a full refurbishment of your sister's room where she was able to choose the work we completed and she would not have her carpet changed.
I would be more than happy to hear more in regard to the nightdress issue but I do not recall you bringing this to my attention. To get a clearer picture I will make contact with her next of kin to discuss any issues. Kind Regards.
